The following on-line “lottery” form must be completed in order to enter your name in the lottery for the 2011 MDS. This “lottery” form will be live on-line until September 25, 2009. We expect to draw the names for the available spots sometime during the week of October and post them to our website soon thereafter and/or send a note via the Constant Contact system.
Please read and understand the following items before completing submitting your information:
In order to be considered for the lottery, you MUST be a citizen of Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the USA.
If your name is selected for the 2011 MDS, you will be required to submit a non-refundable US$200 deposit in order to secure your spot for the event. If this deposit is not received by the due date, you spot will be offered to the next person on the waiting list. Payment details will be made available when the names are posted to the website and/or we send a notice via Constant Contact.
Dates and entry fees for the 2011 MDS will not be released until sometime in early 2010. The dates are typically confirmed in late April or early May, and the entry fee is also set around that time. Please note, the entry fee is subject to change as the entry fee is pegged to the Euro. The entry fee payment is divided into three installments:
pre-registration deposit, due immediately upon selection to secure your spot
first entry fee payment, due within three weeks of when the entry fee is released
balance of the entry fee payment, usually due in January (2011).

to our MDS groups via Constant Contact, our
on-line ‘newsletter’ tool that
allows us to send notes to large groups
without the notes being considered SPAM.
You must sign
up for our mailing list in
order to receive these updates. Almost
all of the information you will receive
on the MDS will be sent via email or posted
to our website. Please note, apart from
the organizers of the MDS, we DO NOT share
or sell our mailing list with any other
outside entities, or share your contact
information with others in the group.
So, please do not write us and ask for
another competitor’s email address.
